This tea won a Gold Medal in the Australian Golden Leaf Awards. It’s a vegan spin on the Organic Sticky Chai. Instead of honey, sweetened this blend is sweetened with rice malt syrup. It’s free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or animal-products. The blend is made up of the finest organic black tea, a mix with peppery ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, aniseed (for that licorice twang), turmeric, black peppercorns, vanilla and a sprinkle of salt. Raw, natural goodness. Like other sticky chai blends, you shouldn’t need to sweeten this one. Just simmer in warm milk for 5 minutes or so.

Ingredients: Rice Malt Syrup, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove, Salt & Vanilla.
Serving suggestion: Add 1-2 heaped tablespoons to 1 cup of milk. Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes (don’t let it boil). Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
